DTEK Dobrotvorska TPP received a certificate from NPC Ukrenergo on the compliance of electrical installations with the requirements for providing ancillary services. It was entered into the appropriate register. From now on, all thermal power plants of DTEK Energy can operate in the market of ancillary services of the unified energy system of Ukraine and provide paid services to the operator of the electricity distribution system, the press service of DTEK Energy reports.
Specialists of DobrotvorskayTPP with representatives of NPC Ukrenergo carried out industrial tests, which confirmed the readiness of power unit No.8 and turbine generators No.5 and No.6 to meet all the requirements of the energy market. The received certificate confirms that the station can provide manual reserves of 26 MW for loading and unloading for secondary regulation, and replacement reserves of 32 MW for loading and unloading.
