DTEK purchased 16.77% of “Odesaoblenergo” shares

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission announced that “DTEK Naftogaz”, which is responsible for oil and gas sector in the structure of DTEK energy holding, became an owner of 16.77% of the shares of JSC “Odesaoblenergo”.

It is also announced that LLC “VS Energy International Ukraine” increased its stake in “Odesaoblenergo” from 31.52% to 51.52% of the shares.

At the beginning of January 2019, “DTEK” announced its intention to concentrate 68.2949% of the shares of JSC “Odesaoblenergo” and 93.9978% of “Kyivoblenergo”, which belong to VS Energy group.

“DTEK Naftogaz” became an owner of 24.99% of the shares of PJSC “Kyivoblenergo”.

“DTEK Naftogaz” is an operating company responsible for the oil and gas sector within the DTEK energy holding. The portfolio of assets includes enterprises “Neftegazdobycha” and “Naftagazrozrobka”, which carry out exploration and production of hydrocarbons in three licensed areas in the Poltava and Kharkiv regions.
