Energoatom paid debts to Ukrenergo

NNEGC Energoatom reported that it had paid debts to Ukrenergo in the amount of UAH 132.8 million for dispatch services.

“This became possible, including due to the entry of Energoatom into the market of bilateral agreements and successful auctions, which resulted in the signing of agreements on the supply of electricity directly to industrial consumers. Next week, Energoatom expects an invoice for Ukrenergo services worth more than UAH 100 million. In the case of non-payment, Energoatom risks losing access to the sale of electricity in all market segments, including the bilateral contract market, which sells, among other things, electric energy in accordance with PSO,” the company said.

Recall that Energoatom proposed steps to resolve the debt to the enterprise.

Earlier it was reported that Energoatom sued the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
