Energoatom sold to Guaranteed Buyer the necessary amount of electricity to fully cover the needs of the population

NNEGC Energoatom announced that it sold 3.56 million MWh of electricity to Guaranteed Buyer SE as of March this year – the volume required to fully cover the needs of the Ukrainian population.

According to PSO imposed on Energoatom, the sale price was UAH 150/MWh (excluding VAT).

Since the launch of the new electricity market on July 1, 2019, Energoatom has sold 87.7 billion kWh of electricity to Guaranteed Buyer. Of this volume, 10.5 billion kWh was sold this year.

As a reminder, on February 25, Ukrzaliznytsia for the first time purchased electricity directly from the manufacturer – State Enterprise NNEGC Energoatom.

As reported, Energoatom seized UAH 4.1 billion from Guaranteed Buyer.
