Guaranteed Buyer sold 136 thousand MWh of electricity under bilateral agreements

Guaranteed Buyer SE held another auction for the sale of electricity on July 9, 2020, the press service reports.

The base load (purchase and sale is carried out during the whole trading day) and block bids for night hours in the trading area of ​​the IPS of Ukraine were put up for sale on the electronic platform of the Ukrainian Energy Exchange.

According to the results of the auction, which lasted in the bidding mode, the company sold a significant part of the electricity. The delivery period is three weeks (from July 13 to July 31, 2020).

At the same time, trades were held in four positions. As a result of the auction sold:

  • Position 1 – 100 320 MWh (44% of the declared volume) with an average weighted coefficient of 0.99900;
  • Position 2 – 14 136 MWh (31% of the declared volume) with an average weighted coefficient of 0.9903;
  • Position 3 – 19 760 MWh (13% of the declared volume) with an average weighted coefficient of 0.99900;
  • Position 4 – 2 128 MWh (7% of the declared volume) with an average weighted coefficient of 0.9900.

In total, Guaranteed Buyer sold 136,000 MWh of electricity.
