Kalush CHP was sold at auction

The State Property Fund sold Kalush CHP at an auction for UAH 801 million, Ekonomichna Pravda reports.

7 companies took part in the auction; the starting price was UAH 230 million.

The Konstanza company won.

According to YouControl, Konstanza LLC is registered in the village Kamyshevate of Donetsk region in 2015 (authorized capital - UAH 140 thousand).

The main activity is wholesale. Also, wholesale trade in chemical products.

The owners of the company, according to the register, are Serhii Alabash and Larysa Pohyla.

The buyer of the property complex will be obliged, in particular:

- to keep the main activity of the enterprise for at least 5 years;

- to pay off wage arrears and debts to the budget;

-to pay off the overdue accounts payable of the company;

- to prevent the dismissal of employees at the initiative of the owner or his authorized body for at least 6 months.

To recap, at the end of October, the State Property Fund put the Kalush CHP plant up for privatization. Kalush CHP, with a design electric capacity of 200 MW, supplies electricity to the Ukrainian energy market. In addition, the station is part of the Burshtyn energy island, which is synchronized with the unified energy system of Europe.
