Power of NPPs increased by almost 10% - the Ministry of Energy

The Ministry of Energy of Ukraine informs that the total capacity of all nuclear power plants of the State Enterprise NNEGC Energoatom has increased by almost 10% since mid-September.

According to data, starting from September 15, the baseload of NPPs increased from 7.69 to 8.44 GW – as of October 2.

In September, nuclear power plants generated more than 5.6 billion kWh of electricity, which is 9.6% higher than planned and is 50.2% in the power balance.

Let us remind you that Energoatom has supplied electricity to Moldova for the first time.

Earlier it was reported that the top manager of Ukrenergo left the company due to wage restrictions.
