The Ministry of Internal Affairs will purchase electric vehicles for the patrol police
During the presentation of the priorities and projects of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrskyi announced the purchase of electric vehicles for the patrol police, the press service reports.
“We decided to purchase the first batch of electric vehicles for the patrol police. Preliminary evidence suggests that this can reduce fuel costs, saving on many cost items. We see that the transition of the police to electric cars can provide great savings for the state and the state budget as a whole,” he said.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs plans to buy electric cars Mitsubishi Outlander (one car costs UAH 739.000) and Hyundai Сona (one car costs UAH 1.365.600).
To recap, the first car that is fueled with hydrogen in Ukraine was certified.
