Static and dynamic tests will continue at the Belarusian NPP according to the pilot operation stage program.
The first power unit of the Belarusian nuclear power plant has been operating at full capacity. This was reported by the press service of the country's Ministry of Energy on Wednesday, January 13, Korrespondent says.
It is indicated that the unit's thermal power is 3200 MW, and the electric power is 1170 MW.
"At this power level, static and dynamic tests will continue at the power unit following the program of the pilot operation stage," the department said.
After the successful completion of the tests, comprehensive testing of the power unit's equipment and systems at rated power will be carried out within 15 days. Then the commission must take it into commercial operation.
As a reminder, BelNPP stopped electricity production due to a breakdown.
