Acting General Director of Ukrhydroenergo Bohdan Sukhetskyi and Director of H2 Andriy Zhovner have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation for the construction of a hydrogen electrolysis plant, the press service of Ukrhydroenergo reported.
The implementation of this project will attract investments of about €300 million and create new jobs. The cooperation involves the construction of production facilities with constant electricity consumption.
“We welcome and support innovative solutions for the development of domestic energy. For our part, we are ready to provide the necessary support,” said Bohdan Sukhetskyi during the signing of the Memorandum.
To recap, Energoatom has agreed to cooperate with H2 on the construction of a powerful data hub near Zaporizhzhia NPP.
