New CEO appointed at Market Operator

Energy Minister Herman Haluschenko introduced the acting Director Oleksandr Havva to the staff of Market Operator SE.

Halushchenko noted that he discussed the further work and strategic directions of the company with the new CEO, the press service reports.

“Market Operator offers to act as a data collection and processing centre in the energy sector. We observe the need to help government agencies in this task and are ready to apply the solutions already worked out, ” Oleksandr Havva said.

The medium-term goal is the corporatization of the enterprise.

In July of this year, Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine, Ukrenergo and Market Operator were transferred to the management of the Ministry of Energy.

To recap, the director of Guaranteed Buyer resigned two weeks after the appointment.
