German Robotron and a consortium of 5 companies will take part in the tender of Ukrenergo

On April 5, proposals were opened within the tender for the purchase of Datahub software for the Commercial Accounting Administrator. The purchase of software is carried out within the framework of the investment project “The Second Electric Power Transmission Project”, financed by the credit funds of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the Clean Technology Fund (CTF). Itis reported on the company's website.

Robotron Datenbank-Software GmbH (Germany) and a consortium of developers, including companies from five countries: Siemens AG (Austria), 100% Siemens Ukraine subsidiary (Ukraine), Siemens AS (Germany), IP Systems Informatikai Zartkoruen Mukuodo Reszvenytarsasag (Hungary) and Omnetric GmbH (Norway) provided their proposals for the tender.

Evaluation of proposals will be carried out in accordance with the principles and rules of the IBRD procurement. The evaluation results are subject to mandatory coordination with the bank.

The tender for the purchase of software for the Commercial Accounting Administrator was announced on September 19, 2017. However, the purchase did not take place due to the lack of qualified offers.

On September 18, 2018, a repeated tender procedure was started after the tender documentation was clarified and agreed with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which finances this project. The date of the opening of tender proposals according to the requirements of the participants was postponed several times.

During the transition period, in the process of introducing a new model of the electricity market, a temporary mechanism for the commercial accounting of data is expected until the introduction of Datahub.
