Owners of household SPPs are turned down to connect the grid because of the law 8449-d

The owners of household solar power stations are turned down to connect to the grid, explaining that their solar panels were partially installed on the ground, and not on capital structures, as stipulated in the law 8449-d.

The corresponding letter was provided by Serhiy Tyshkevich in the group “Private Solar Power Plants (SPP) of Ukraine”.

The abovementioned amendment prohibits the installation of home solar power plants on the ground.

Recall that the people's deputies registered the draft law No.10333, which will solve the problems of small household SPPs, arising after the adoption of 8449-d.
