Debts of 5 heat energy enterprises threaten the timely start of the heating season in Kyiv – Naftogaz

NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine calls on the founders of 5 heat and power enterprises in Kyiv to resolve critical debts to suppliers. The corresponding risks are evidenced by Naftogaz's data on enterprises that do not fulfill any of the requirements for obtaining gas within PSO.

As noted, there is no legal possibility to resume gas supplies for the enterprise without solving critical debts – this is prohibited by Ukrainian legislation.

To recap, Naftogaz reported that the heating season's start was under threat in another 45 settlements.

Earlier it was reported that the start of the heating season begins in Kyiv on October 16.
