The Cabinet of Ministers is looking for independent members of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz

The Cabinet of Ministers has announced a competition for the positions of four independent members of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, according to a statement on the website of the Ministry of Economy.

A member of the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz "must have experience, competencies and professional skills that differ significantly from the characteristics of other members of the supervisory board, thus ensuring diversity in the supervisory board and the ability to apply the diversity of experience of its members for the development and growth of the company."

Applicants for the position must have professional competence in at least one of the areas: business strategy and development; government engagement and regulatory issues; legal support; finance and audit.

Documents from candidates will be accepted until 9:00 am on December 6, 2021.
