The Cabinet of Ministers forbade disconnecting water utilities and coal mines from electric power, and district heating companies and CHPs from gas

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine banned suppliers and operators of distribution systems to disconnect water utilities and coal mining enterprises, and gas suppliers – producers of heat and electricity until April 24, 2020. It is reported by Interfax-Ukraine.

The ban is related to the introduction of quarantine in the country.

The corresponding decision is enshrined in the Cabinet of Ministers’ Decree No.255 of April 2, 2020, the text of which was published on the government portal.

Earlier it was reported that Guaranteed Buyer owed Energoatom UAH 5 billion.
