Naftogaz Supervisory Board renews contract with Andriy Kobolyev for 4 years
The Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine at the meeting on March 16 decided to extend the contract with Head of the company Andriy Kobolyev for 4 years. This is reported by Ukrainian News, at the disposal of which there is a corresponding document.
The current contract of the head of the company ends on March 22 of this year.
“To extend the term of office and the duration of the contract of the head of the Board of the Company for four years, provided that the head of the board ensures that all decisions of the supervisory board are implemented in accordance with the requirements of his contract”, the extract says.
To recap, the government asked the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz so far not to pay bonuses to top managers.
Earlier it was reported that the executive director of Naftogaz of Ukraine Yurii Vitrenko had filed a lawsuit because of a delay in paying the premium from winning the arbitration in Stockholm over Gazprom.
