Naftogaz sold a sanatorium, boarding house and recreation centers

The NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine Group held an auction for the sale of non-core assets worth UAH 125.9 million, the press service reports.

The enterprises of the Group held trades in ProZorro in 2020-2021.

The company mentioned that the sale of non-core assets would eliminate the damage from their maintenance and will allow attracting additional funds for the main activities, and will have a positive effect on the financial condition of Naftogaz enterprises.

Thus, the company sold a sanatorium in Lviv region worth more than UAH 32 million, a boarding house in Zaporizhzhia region worth UAH 14.1 million, a recreation centre in Rivne region worth 9.3 million UAH, etc.

Naftogaz also put up for sale 10 more lots, which represent non-core assets with a total estimated value of UAH 24.5 million. The auctions will take place in November-December this year.

To recap, the Cabinet of Ministers is looking for independent members of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz.
