Independent members of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz have resigned

On Tuesday, September 7, three independent members of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine resigned, according to Ekonomichna Pravda: Lescoeur Bruno Jean Gaston, Luda Van der Heyden and Clare Mary Joan Spottiswoode.

Yesterday, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal announced that the competition for four members of the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine would be announced within a week.

As reported, in May the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz agreed to continue its contracts for another year.

To recap, the Supervisory Board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine at an extraordinary meeting on July 6 did not decide on the possible dismissal of the head of the company's board, Yurii Vitrenko.
