The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission adopted a resolution “On Approving Amendments to the Procedure for Forming Tariffs for Thermal Energy, its Production, Transportation and Supply” today at its meeting, the press service reports.
These changes have been adopted with the aim of bringing regulatory legal acts in line with the requirements of the current legislation and improving the mechanism for setting tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation and supply for NEURC licensees by:
- improving the mechanism for setting tariffs for thermal energy;
- detailing the grounds and the mechanism for setting tariffs for thermal energy, its production, transportation, delivery according to a simplified procedure;
- clarification of the principles for determining projected prices for material resources and services of third parties.
