Nord Stream 2 AG completed the construction of Nord Stream 2 in Russia

The Swiss company Nord Stream 2 AG, the operator of the construction of Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, controlled by the Russian company Gazprom, has completed work on laying the pipeline on the offshore and onshore sections in Russia. This is reported by BusinessCensor.

“The main technological equipment has been installed on the site of onshore facilities, operational buildings are being built”, the report said.

Recently, Nord Stream 2 operator began arbitration against the European Union due to amendments to the Gas Directive.

Recall that the Danish Energy Agency issued a permit for the construction of the Russian gas pipeline.

Earlier it was reported that Poland fined Engie Energy in the amount of about $44 million as part of an investigation into the construction of the Russian Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
