GTS Operator will receive gas from Naftogaz for 6.5 billion UAH

Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC (OGTSU) signed contracts with Naftogaz of Ukraine for the supply of 660 million cubic meters of gas for a total of 6.48 billion UAH (including VAT). This is reported by BusinessCensor.

In November, Naftogaz is supposed to transfer 362.4 million cubic meters of gas to the operator of the gas transmission system, and in December – 297.6 million cubic meters, according to information in the ProZorro system.

The agreements were concluded on November 28 as part of the negotiation procedure, while gas payments will be made within 122 days.

Recall that the operators of the gas transmission systems of Ukraine and Poland agreed on the terms of cooperation at the points of connection of the gas transmission system, which are fully based on EU legislation.

Earlier it was reported that the Verkhovna Rada voted for a draft law, which exempted transactions for the transfer of the property from VAT necessary for the transportation of natural gas to the new operator of the gas transmission system (GTS).
