Ambassador: German coalition under threat from Nord Stream 2
Ukrainian Ambassador to Germany Andrii Melnyk said that the German coalition could be under threat because of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, Evropeyska Pravda reports.
“And since the positions of the parties within the coalition are different, as you know, Nord Stream 2 is not even part of the coalition agreement, it is not mentioned in a single word, if the situation escalates, this issue will be brought to the political plane. We are working on this so that it returns to the political plane again, ”Melnik said.
To recap, the Vice-Chancellor of Germany said that the construction of Nord Stream-2 was a strategic mistake.
As reported, the new German government sees no reason to launch Nord Stream 2.
