Due to the achievement of the estimated volumes, the injection of gas to 6 (out of ten) underground gas storage facilities was stopped. This was reported by the press service of Ukrtransgaz.
Now natural gas is pumped into Bilche-Volytske, Uherske, Dashavske and Bohorodchanske UGS facilities at a rate of 65 million cubic meters per day.
To date, the gas reserve in Ukrainian UGS facilities is a record 20.1 billion cubic meters of gas, which is the highest figure for this date since 2010.
The company also noted that more than 288 companies are actively using the services of Ukrtransgaz to store gas in UGS facilities, of which 32 traders save 6.7 billion cubic meters of gas in the “customs warehouse” mode.
