According to current data, on February 19, 2020, producers do not fulfill any of the conditions of payments provided by the regulation on PSO.

For such enterprises to fulfill the payment requirements, it is necessary to pay more than UAH 392.8 million to the company before February 25, 2020 inclusively.

“Naftogaz draws the attention of debtor enterprises to the fact that in case of non-payment of at least the minimum payment until February 25 inclusive, such enterprises will need to pay for the cost of natural gas in addition to the minimum payment in order to continue receiving gas from March 1 of gas consumed in January of this year”, the report said.
