In January-July 2021, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC reduced natural gas production by 5.2% or 0.437 billion cubic meters compared to the same period last year to the level of 7.9 billion cubic meters of gas. Deviation from the production plan is minus 1.6% or 0.125 billion cubic meters of gas, according to the company's website.
At the same time, gas supply (for the needs of consumers, excluding expenses for own production needs) for 7 months of 2021 decreased by 5.1% or 0.406 billion cubic meters – up to 7.5 billion, this is by 0.7% or 0.051 billion cubic meters less than the production plan.
In July of this year, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC ensured the production of 1.144 billion cubic meters of natural gas (minus 4.8%, or 57.5 million against the same period last year) and gas supplies in the volume of 1.088 billion cubic meters (minus 4.5%, or 50.8 million).
“To stabilize production indicators within seven months of 2021, Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC took the following measures: 25 new wells were put into operation; 80 well workovers were carried out; 321 coiled tubing operations, 71 hydraulic fracturing operations were carried out; 9 sidetracking operations were carried out. Since then, 197 high-rate wells have been equipped with a remote monitoring system, ”the company said.
