Ukrnafta will suspend LPG production

Mauritius Kalugin, Executive Vice President of Ukrnafta, said on Facebook that Ukrnafta was forced to suspend LPG production.

“Now the company is in danger of stopping the largest gas processing plant for a very simple reason, we will have an overstock of LPG”, he said.

According to Mauritius, the company has already applied to the state auction committee twice, but has not received a response.

“Today, December 6th, there will be no auction. An absurd situation: we are increasing production, and the state does not allow us to sell this production. The government emphasizes the importance of non-volatility, and at the same time we are forced to stop production”, said Kalugin.

Earlier it was reported that Ukrnafta increased oil production in August.
