Today, the newly appointed First Deputy and Acing Minister of Energy Yurii Vitrenko was presented at the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, the press service reports.
It is reported that the new head of the Ministry of Energy outlined the main priorities in the industry. In particular, these are energy security, European integration and ensuring sustainable energy development.
“I believe that the priority of the energy sector is energy security as a component of the country's national security,” he stressed.
Let us remind you that yesterday, December 21, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Yurii Vitrenko as First Deputy Minister of Energy; he was also entrusted with the interim duties of the Minister of Energy of Ukraine.
