About 5 million tons of oil with increased abundances of organochlorine substances was accumulated in Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian and Polish pipelines. Russia has not resumed the full clean oil supply yet.
“According to preliminary estimates, the total volume of oil does not satisfy quality parameters in Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian and Polish pipelines is 5 million tons”, technical director of Gomeltransneft Druzhba, Andriy Veryho said while talking to journalists.
Russia has not resumed the clean oil supply, which Belarussian and Ukrainian refineries can process.
“Now there is still oil with increased abundances of organochlorine substances in the pipeline. Pumping of clean oil through the Druzhba pipeline has not started”, the press service of Belarusian state concern Belneftehhim announced.
Belarus limits fuel and petroleum exports and refineries are working on the minimum capacities due to oil absence.
It was said earlier that Ukrtransnafta had forcibly suspended the work of the Druzhba pipeline.
