Mozyr Oil Refinery will start processing oil from Russia

Mozyr Oil Refinery received a new batch of Russian oil. A sampling was carried out, which confirmed the compliance of the raw materials with the standards.

The processing of “clean” oil will begin at the Moscow Refinery on May 6, 2019.

On May 4, 2019, the concern Belneftekhim reported that a new batch of oil along with a separating device arrived at the Mozyr linear production and dispatching station of JSC Gomeltransneft Druzhba. The personnel of the accredited laboratory carried out sampling from the incoming oil and confirmed its compliance with the standard.

It was reported earlier that about 5 million tons of oil with a high content of organochlorine substances accumulated in the oil pipelines of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Poland. Because of the current situation, Poland decided to take advantage of its oil reserves.
