Tax service reveals violations at gas stations worth more than UAH 55 million

Since April 16, the State Tax Service has conducted more than 190 actual inspections of fuel retail outlets; violations worth UAH 55.4 million were revealed, according to the State Tax Service.

“Starting from April 16, 2022, the State Tax Service conducted more than 190 actual inspections of fuel retail outlets, that showed possible violations of the procedure for the formation and application of fuel prices,” the report says.

Based on the results of the actual inspections, violations, which are controlled by the tax authorities, worth UAH 55.4 million were revealed, of which UAH 13.7 million is a violation of the requirements of the legislation on prices and pricing.
