The PSA is valid for 50 years. The state's share in profitable products should be at least 11% of its total volume, the maximum share of compensation products, due to which the investor will be reimbursed for his expenses, is 70% of the total production (until the investor is fully reimbursed). Applications for participation in competitions are accepted within three months from the date of publication of the announcement of their conduct.

Earlier it was reported that the Public Service of Geology and Subsoil put up special licenses for the use of five oil and gas fields in Kharkiv, Poltava and Luhansk regions at the fifth oil and gas electronic auction in ProZorro.Sales. Knyazhinska Square (Kharkiv region) has the most expensive starting price – almost 255 million UAH.
