Ukrnafta reduced production level in August

According to current data, PJSC Ukrnafta produced 125.4 thousand tons of oil and condensate and 92.9 million cubic meters of gas in August 2020, which, respectively, is 2.5% and 8.2% less compared to the same period of 2019, the press service reports.

Average daily hydrocarbon production in August amounted to 4.04 thousand tons of oil and condensate and 2.99 million m3 of gas, down slightly compared to last year.

It is reported that the company manages to maintain the level of production in conditions of limited investment resources due to several operations on the available well stock: transition to new productive horizons, optimization of workover and maintenance of promising wells, replacement of critically worn-out equipment.

In August, Ukrnafta completed an overhaul at 10 wells, carried out 2 operations to stimulate production, and brought 9 wells out of operation.
