Ukrtransnafta guarantees income of UAH 1.1 million to the state from the management of the Samara - Western Direction pipeline

JSC Ukrtransnafta obliges to provide from UAH 1.1 to UAH 2.5 million of a monthly income of the state from the Ukrainian part of the company Samara - Western Direction. With this condition, the company will sign a management agreement with the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), the press service reports.

To manage the oil product pipeline, Ukrtransnafta has already created a separate department in its organizational structure. It includes employees of Ukrtransnafta and PrikarpatZakhidtrans LLC.

The new department reports personally to the General Director of Ukrtransnafta.

This structure is said to contribute to the efficient new direction of the company through decision-making.

Ukrtransnafta draws attention to the fact that it is necessary to resolve several regulatory issues to fully resume the transportation of petroleum products by the main pipeline.

On April 16, 2021, Ukrtransnafta won the ARMA tender to manage a part of the Samara - Western Direction oil pipeline.
