Ukrtransnafta began transporting American oil to the Kremenchuk refinery

Ukrtransnafta began accepting oil for its further transportation through the Odesa-Kremenchuk oil pipeline at the facilities of the Kremenchuk refinery.  This happened after confirmation of compliance with raw materials.

“On July 13, after checking the quality indicators, JSC Ukrtransnafta began receiving Bakken oil to the oil transportation system, which at the end of last week was delivered by a tanker from the USA for the needs of the Kremenchuk Oil Refinery”, the company reports.

Recall that the Kremenchuk refinery will process American oil for the first time.  Tanker Wisdom Venture was delivered to the port of Odesa, which delivered 75 thousand tons of oil from the USA.  The port administration said that the next tanker with Bakken oil could arrive in Odessa in August.
