Ukrtransnafta unloads the third oil tanker for Belarus

Today, March 24, 2020, Ukrtransnafta began unloading the third oil tanker for Belarus at the Yuzhnyi offshore oil terminal. This was reported by the press service.

The unloading of Azeri Light oil with a volume of 90 thousand tons is carried out for its further transportation using the Odesa-Brody oil pipeline and one of the two lines of Druzhba oil main pipeline along the route Yuzhnyi - Brody - Mozyr.

The provision of oil transmission services to the Republic of Belarus occurs within the framework of an agreement between JSC Ukrtransnafta and BNK (UK) Limited (Great Britain), which is a subsidiary of Belarusian Oil Company.

At the same time, JSC Ukrtransnafta provides reliable and uninterrupted transit of Russian Urals oil to the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary in accordance with existing contractual obligations.

Earlier, under an agreement with BNK (UK) Limited, Ukrtransnafta accepted two oil tankers to Yuzhnyi terminal. Unloading of the first tanker ended on March 14, and the second on March 17.
