Ukrnaft appointed Chairman of the Management Board

Ukrnafta has temporarily stopped searching for a candidate for the position of the Chairman of the Management Board.

At the extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board of PJSC Ukrnafta held on May 20, 2020, the Supervisory Board of the Company made a decision to terminate the tender to find candidates for the position of Chairman of the Management Board of the Company due to changes in the current economic situation and due to the termination of the tender has elected Oleg Gez, the Chairman of the Management Board of PJSC Ukrnafta, who has been temporarily acting as Chairman of the Company’s Management Board since May 1, 2019.

After termination of the factors that caused the decision to be taken, the issue of holding a new tender will be considered.

At present, it is expected that Oleg Gez will agree on the employment terms as the Chairman of the Company's Management Board.
