Centrenergo settled with miners for July

In July 2020, Centrenergo transferred over UAH 200 million to Ukrainian coal mining enterprises. This is 80 million hryvnia more than it was provided for in the schedule of calculations for this month. The press service reported.

“Now the state power generating company is analyzing its financial balance and market position to form a plan for settlements with miners for August. The support of the domestic coal industry at Centrenergo is considered one of its important strategic tasks,” the statement says.

It should be reminded that Centrenergo announced that it is fulfilling the schedule of preparations for the heating season.

Earlier it was reported that Ukraine and Germany are negotiating the implementation of a pilot project for the transformation of coal regions.
