PJSC Centerenergo will continue to search for suppliers of coal products, in particular, at the Ukrainian Energy Exchange, the press service reports.
Now the state power generating company receives coal, which costs UAH 1650/t from state mines and UAH 1480/t from a private supplier.
At the same time, under the contract with DTEK Dobropilyavuhillya, Centrenergo received 35,000 tons of coal, for which they paid in full.
For a stable passage of the autumn-winter period 2020-21 and in accordance with the available composition of power equipment, PJSC Centerenergo at the end of this year needs coal of the gas group and coal of grades A and P. Thermal coal of grades A and P on the territory controlled by Ukraine is not mined and can only be imported.
PJSC Centerenergo is currently negotiating with DTEK on the purchase of coal at the market price – UAH 1480/t and is awaiting offers from others suppliers.
