At the auction, we focus on real import parity prices, taking into account the freight price, railway tariff and transshipment”, commented the DTEK Energo press service to Interfax-Ukraine agency.
The price is determined by API2 quotation (Rotterdam) on 30.08.2019 + freight, transshipment at the port, railway tariff from the port/border of Ukraine to the TPP.
