On May 12, funds from the state budget in the amount of UAH 197 million were transferred to the accounts of the State Enterprise Lvivuhillya to pay off the arrears in the payment of wages to miners, the Department of Fuel and Energy Complex and Energy Saving of the Lviv Regional State Administration reports.
“Repeated appeals of the Lviv Regional State Administration to the Government of Ukraine and constructive cooperation with the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine accelerated the allocation of funds under the budget program “Restructuring the Coal Industry”, the department mentioned.
Consequently, the debt for January-March, excluding sick-pay and mobilization costs, was paid in full and UAH 27 million was paid to the miners of the State Enterprise Lvivuhillya for April.
In general, in April, 61% of wages were paid to the industrial production personnel of the mines of the enterprise.
Arrears in payments will be paid after receipt of funds from the sale of coal products.
