Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said that the government and investors in renewable energy sources had agreed on almost all the terms of the Memorandum on resolving problematic issues in the field of renewable energy. It is reported by Interfax-Ukraine.
“The Memorandum is ready. There are calculations of all possible scenarios. We agreed on almost everything, with the exception of one detail, we are still discussing it. And we will go to the finish line,” he said in an interview with the agency.

“It is not a fact that it (the finish line) will be fast, but we know and see what we want. Representatives of the green energy also know what they are ready to agree to, so a compromise will be found, the prime minister said.
