The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission announced new tariffs for home SPPs and wind farms

The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission of Ukraine settled the issue of providing a “green” tariff for solar and wind power plants installed by households from July 1, 2019. The Regulator reported it.

Tariffs established by the Resolution dated 03.29.2019 No.447 are valid:

  • for home SPPs commissioned before December 31, 2018, with installed capacity not exceeding 30 kW regardless the location of the generating installation;
  • for home SPPs, commissioned during 2019, with installed capacity not exceeding 30 kW located on land plots, or combined placement (land plot, roofs and/or facades of buildings);
  • for home wind farms commissioned before December 31, 2017, with an installed capacity not exceeding 30 kW;

“Green” tariffs established by the Decree No.1242 of June 27, 2019 are valid:

  • for home SPPs, commissioned from 01.01.019 to 31.12.2029, with installed capacity not exceeding 50 kW, if they are located on roofs and/or facades of buildings and other capital structures;
  • for home wind farms commissioned from 01.01.019 to 31.12.2029, with installed capacity not exceeding 50 kW;
  • for combined home SPPs/wind farms commissioned from 01.01.019 to 31.12.2029, with installed capacity not exceeding 50 kW.
