Two first stages of wind farm with a capacity of 14,4 MW were launched in Kherson region

At the end of January 2019, the Office of the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate (SACI) in the Kherson region commissioned the “Averyanovskaya” wind farm with a capacity of 14.4 MW. This wind farm is being built by the company LLC “Windkraft Ukraine” (Skadovsk, Kherson region). The total planned capacity of the “Averyanovskaya” wind farm is 69 MW.

The facility is being constructed within the Sivashsky village council of the Novotroitsk district and the Novodmitrovsky village council of the Genichesky district.

The company “Windcraft Ukraine” is engaged in the development and investment in projects in the field of wind energy in Ukraine. The main activity of the company is the production, transmission, supply and distribution of electricity.

“Windcraft Ukraine” concluded a memorandum of cooperation with the Kherson Regional State Administration. In the future, they envisage the implementation of a number of projects for the construction of wind farms, namely:

- “Kalanchatskaya” wind farm with a capacity of 300 MW in the Kalanchatsky district;

- “Chaplinskaya” wind farm with a capacity of 300 MW in the  Chaplinsky district.
